I am so happy when I was writing my internship testimonial. Here is what I did (actually):

I read the theories of the equipment of my work （only one chapter）, drilling mud solids control, in just a few days. I didn’t think about it and my leader said my English skills is good.

Since this February, I’ve started to connect with my clients on the CRM system, by email. There are some business email books recommended by experienced international business people. But there are mostly designed for those who haven’t learned English as samplers. During the days I read several English Business Email books and communication books, watched several called call videos on Youtube, and joined some cold call groups(this is useless, all ads, no skills or sharing).

In March, I found a book written by API (American Petroleum Institute), it is the best book for me to learn about solids control. Besides, waste management, fruit and beverage processing, and chemical processing, I also get books. I haven’t spent a lot of time learning physics and chemistry, so formulas and items could be hard for me.

I spent a whole month having clients on WhatsApp and calling them to introduce myself and GN. And I contacted around 120 companies (some of them just trading offices).

Now I feel confident to contact people. I exported the whole company information and synced my phone contacts over the last few weeks. I know how messy and outdated these data look. I fixed the company, and phone number, and Google will show me the company information, and the person would be available on WhatsApp if he/she does business with it. I wish I had learned something about data management, and company-profile collecting…my work will be easier.

Since February, I tried to connect with girls but definitely, nobody will share about their work. They like cats, concerts, dessert, and Taylor Swift. They have a private life. I don’t really have. When I was alone on weekends, I do another job: watch TV (BEEF on Netflix) and English books (recently I am reading a biography of Elon Musk), and Readers Digest.

I am not sure what I want in the future. Girlfriend? A sweet family? Yesterday, I saw a video of dolphins in the beautiful sea… I want to see dolphins. It sounds easier than having a girlfriend. I like girls who share their life and ideas.

PS: Taylor helped me with college textbooks. I got a BABY THERMAL, but I haven’t read it. The words are not difficult but I need to learn basic knowledge about calculation. She is in a great chemical company. When I see her Facebook post I was happy and viewed the company site. This company also provide chemical in the mining and oil industry. However, now I know, what I learned these days is the meaning of connecting with people.
