I often wear glasses to read ebooks, and I always feel uncomfortable and dizzy afterward.
Because of poor posture and eye strain, I feel that, in addition to worsening myopia, my neck isn’t good either.
A few years ago, I used a tall desk that allowed me to work standing up, without needing a chair. Also, since I used to read in the botanical garden with fascinating flowers or the golden leaves.
Apart from the occasional summer bike ride, I’ve reduced both the distance and frequency of my walks.
I once thought about buying print editions of the magazines I’m reading, but they were too expensive. So I had no choice but to keep looking at screens for a while. Since fall, I’ve started getting physical copies of my novels and some textbooks. I’ve just begun reading a few of them on my shelf, and I hope I can enjoy this reading experience.
