Happy Chinese New Year!
I am on the Chinese New Year holiday these days so I have time to read or watch dramas.
A few days ago I watched a musical named Dear Evan Hansen, an inspirational story about social anxiety. I noticed there was a scene where Connor’s favorite books were on the desk which Evan Hansen had read to know about Connor. Trying to recognize the book titles, I got some book covers. Then I googled and found the full list of those books on Reddit:

Besides, I found another answer on Reddit:

I believe these are the books I should read at least once in my life.

Of course, I had learned the musical was based on a novel of the same name. I would like to read the novel someday. Two days later, I noticed the other book, which was translated into Chinese and published in Taiwan, named I Left My Homework in the Hamptons, which talks about “a captivating memoir about tutoring for Manhattan’s elite, revealing how a life of extreme wealth both helps and harms the children of the one percent. (Amazon)”
I had just spent a whole afternoon reading this tutor’s memoir for only 18 pages so far, half of the first chapter. I guess it will take more than 2 weeks to finish it. I love the book not because I will keep reading it for the jocular words she uses, but because it always makes me feel relaxed about her stories. Of course, there are a lot of verb phrases, idioms, and informal speeches so I would like to write them down. It’s a great book that helps me to learn how to speak like a youngster.
Moreover, I finished watching Young Sheldon Season 1 without English subtitles. I would read the dialogue when the episode at ends. Most parts of the conversations I didn’t follow are about names or idioms rather than those science glossaries.
I hope I can express myself precisely and also I need my writing skill to improve. So there will be a lot of posts here are my reading notes or vocabulary lists.
=============================
Let’s take a look at what you see before clicking over to my posts.
I renamed the site to my name again because when you google “mysuperminds” you will find all about a series of ESL books.
Usually, I keep writing my diaries mostly on Facebook and Instagram. Most of my friends are there. Perhaps I will copy my old Facebook posts here. I will also post my future plan and schedule if necessary.
Besides, I write and publish a lot of learning notes here. They could be from some old textbooks. I just do that for notetaking. They might look messy. I could make it easier to read if I have time. But I suggest you don’t need to read those stuff unless you need to copy some excerpts for your notes.
Don’t forget to read those printable materials. I really recommend it. You could type “printable” in the search bar (in the top right corner there is a magnifier icon), and there will be some printable learning materials. They are also my learning notes but I believe they must be beneficial for language learners.
Some literature is also available. They are sophisticated essays. Some of them might be difficult to find on the internet. Or they could be hard to copy and paste on your Word as your notes. I hope this essay sharing is also useful for you.
To make the site clear. I removed a lot of sidebars or footers. Which might be the calendar, categories, or tags of all my posts. For desktop readers, you could find different items on the site-top. For mobile readers, you could find the site drawer UI on the top.
One more thing, I shared my personal social media at the bottom. You could see more learning materials (mostly posters) on my Pinterest. You could see I also love illustrated art and fantasy pictures, lol.
At last, I will be really happy if I could make more friends here. Thanks for following, commenting, and sharing. And I am looking forward to reading your posts!
